Kebijakan Privasi MauGame

1. Apa yang dicakup kebijakan ini?

Saat kami menyebut “MauGame” (atau “kami”), maksudnya toko MauGame yang mengelola datamu sesuai Kebijakan ini. Kami memakai istilah “Layanan MauGame” untuk semua layanan yang tertaut ke Kebijakan ini, yaitu:

• toko akun dan skin game di www.maugame.com;
• Cek Harga, perkiraan harga akun dari screenshot koleksi skin;
• token untuk scan AI; dan
• akun MauGame dan halaman Akun Saya.

Pemakaian Layanan MauGame juga tunduk pada Syarat & Ketentuan MauGame.

2. Data apa yang kami kumpulkan?

• Saat masuk: alamat email, dan password jika kamu memakainya — disimpan oleh penyedia login kami hanya dalam bentuk acak (hash) yang tidak bisa dibaca kembali oleh siapa pun, termasuk MauGame. Jika masuk dengan Google, Discord, atau Facebook: data dasar akun itu (nama, email, dan foto profil).
• Profil: nama panggilan dan nomor WhatsApp, beserta persetujuanmu untuk dihubungi.
• Cek harga: skin yang dibaca AI dari screenshot-mu, daftar yang kamu konfirmasi atau perbaiki, dan rentang harga hasilnya. Alamat IP disimpan hanya dalam bentuk acak (hash) untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan, bukan alamat aslinya.
• Foto yang kamu unggah (screenshot koleksi untuk scan, serta screenshot profil dan Koleksi Pajangan jika kamu mengunggahnya): hanya dipakai selama scan. Begitu kamu selesai atau menutup halaman cek harga, fotonya dihapus — dan semua foto dihapus paling lambat 24 jam setelah diunggah. Sertifikat hasil cek harga tidak kami simpan; gambar yang kamu unduh ada di perangkatmu sendiri.
• Top-up token: paket yang kamu beli, jumlah, status pembayaran, dan metode yang kamu pilih (misalnya QRIS). Data kartu atau rekening tidak pernah sampai ke MauGame. Pembelian akun dan skin terjadi di chat WhatsApp dengan admin, bukan di situs ini.
• Token: saldo dan riwayat token (bonus, top-up, scan, dan penyesuaian oleh admin beserta alasannya).
• Cookie dan penyimpanan browser: hanya untuk menjaga kamu tetap masuk, untuk keamanan, dan untuk menyimpan keranjang selama kamu belum masuk. Statistik kunjungan dihitung tanpa cookie pelacak dan tanpa mengenali siapa kamu.

3. Bagaimana jika kamu masuk dengan Google?

Jika kamu masuk dengan Google, MauGame hanya menerima nama, alamat email, dan foto profil akun Google-mu (izin dasar openid, email, dan profile). Data itu dipakai untuk membuat akun MauGame-mu, mengenalimu saat masuk lagi, dan menampilkan namamu di halaman akun.

Kami tidak meminta akses ke Gmail, Google Drive, kontak, atau data Google lain, dan MauGame tidak memakai Google API apa pun selain Google Sign-In. Kami tidak menjual atau membagikan data Google-mu kepada pihak lain, dan tidak memakainya untuk iklan atau untuk melatih model AI. Data itu disimpan selama akun MauGame-mu ada dan ikut dihapus saat akunmu dihapus. Kamu bisa mencabut akses MauGame kapan saja di myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Penggunaan informasi yang diterima dari Google API mengikuti Kebijakan Data Pengguna Layanan Google API, termasuk ketentuan Penggunaan Terbatas (Limited Use).

4. Untuk apa datamu kami pakai?

Untuk memproses top-up token, menghitung hasil cek harga, memperbaiki cara screenshot dibaca (admin MauGame melihat skin yang kamu koreksi — dan screenshot-nya, selama belum dihapus — lalu memperbaiki daftar nama skin kami; koreksimu tidak dipakai untuk melatih model AI), mencegah penipuan dan penyalahgunaan layanan, dan — hanya jika kamu setuju — menghubungimu lewat WhatsApp soal hasil cek harga atau penawaran membeli akunmu. Kami tidak menjual datamu.

5. Bagaimana AI memakai fotomu?

AI di fitur Cek Harga hanya membaca screenshot layar koleksi skin dari game seperti Mobile Legends dan Valorant, lalu mencatat skin yang terlihat. AI tidak pernah membuat, mengedit, atau mengubah gambar, dan tidak menentukan harga: harga dihitung oleh rumus kami dari daftar yang kamu konfirmasi.

Unggah hanya screenshot dari game. Foto orang serta konten seksual atau intim dilarang; foto yang bukan layar koleksi game ditolak dan, seperti semua foto scan, dihapus paling lambat 24 jam. Screenshot dikirim ke OpenAI tanpa nama, email, atau nomor WhatsApp-mu, dan tidak kami pakai untuk melatih model AI.

6. Siapa yang memproses datamu?

• Supabase: database, penyimpanan foto, dan login kami.
• Vercel: server yang menjalankan situs www.maugame.com, serta statistik kunjungan tanpa cookie.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: pemeriksaan anti-bot saat masuk dan saat memulai scan.
• Google, Discord, atau Facebook: hanya jika kamu masuk dengan akun tersebut.
• Midtrans: pembayaran top-up token. Midtrans menerima nama, email, nomor WhatsApp, dan rincian top-up-mu untuk menjalankan pembayaran.
• OpenAI: membaca isi screenshot yang kamu scan. Yang dikirim hanya gambarnya, tanpa nama, email, atau nomor WhatsApp-mu.
• Penyedia pengiriman email: mengirim kode masuk dan kode reset password ke emailmu.

7. Berapa lama datamu disimpan?

• Foto scan: dihapus begitu scan selesai atau halaman cek harga ditutup, dan paling lambat 24 jam setelah diunggah.
• Akun, profil, data login (termasuk data dari Google), saldo dan riwayat token, serta hasil cek harga: selama akunmu ada, sampai kamu meminta akunmu dihapus.
• Catatan top-up dan pembayaran yang sudah lunas: selama diwajibkan aturan pembukuan.

8. Bagaimana kami menjaga datamu?

Situs ini hanya dibuka lewat HTTPS. Password disimpan hanya dalam bentuk hash. Database kami membatasi setiap akun agar hanya bisa membaca datanya sendiri; hanya admin MauGame — yang wajib memakai verifikasi dua langkah — yang bisa melihat data untuk melayani pesanan dan laporan. Kunci layanan pihak ketiga (AI dan pembayaran) hanya ada di server kami, tidak pernah di browser.

9. Apa saja hakmu?

Kamu bisa melihat dan mengubah profil di halaman Akun Saya. Untuk menghapus akun beserta datanya, hubungi admin MauGame lewat xyliouscapital@gmail.com atau WhatsApp +6289526065170 dan kami akan menghapusnya. Catatan pesanan dan pembayaran yang sudah lunas tetap kami simpan selama diwajibkan aturan pembukuan.

1. What does this policy cover?

When we refer to “MauGame” (or “we”, “us” or “our”), we mean the MauGame store that handles your information under this Policy. We use the term “MauGame Services” for everything that links to this Policy:

• the game account and skin store at www.maugame.com;
• the Price Checker, which estimates an account's price from screenshots of its skin collection;
• tokens for AI scans; and
• MauGame accounts and the account page.

Your use of the MauGame Services is also subject to the MauGame Terms of Service.

2. What information do we collect?

• Sign-in: your email address, and your password if you use one, stored by our sign-in provider only as a one-way hash. If you sign in with Google, Discord or Facebook: that account's basic profile (name, email address and profile picture).
• Profile: a display name and WhatsApp number, and whether you agree to be contacted.
• Price checks: the skins the AI read from your screenshots, the list you confirmed or corrected, and the resulting price range. Your IP address is stored only as a hash, to prevent abuse.
• Screenshots you upload: used only during the scan and deleted when it ends, and always within 24 hours.
• Token top-ups and history: the package, amount, payment status and payment method, and your token balance and history. Card and bank details never reach MauGame.
• Cookies and browser storage: only to keep you signed in, for security, and to keep your cart while you are signed out. Visit statistics are counted without tracking cookies.

3. How do we handle Google user data?

What we access. When you choose Sign in with Google, MauGame requests only the openid, email and profile scopes and receives your name, email address and profile picture. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google data, and MauGame uses no Google API other than Google Sign-In.

How we use it. Only to create your MauGame account, sign you in, and show your name on your account page.

Storage and deletion. It is stored by our sign-in provider (Supabase) for as long as your account exists, and deleted when your account is deleted. You can revoke MauGame's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models.

MauGame's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How do we use information?

To run your account, process token top-ups, calculate price checks, improve how screenshots are read (our admins review the skins you corrected and update our skin name list; corrections are never used to train AI models), prevent fraud and abuse, and, only if you agree, contact you on WhatsApp about a price check or an offer to buy your account. We do not sell your data.

5. How does the AI use your photos?

The AI in the Price Checker only reads screenshots of a game's skin collection screen (for example Mobile Legends or Valorant) and lists the skins it sees. It never generates, edits or alters images, and it never sets a price: the price range comes from a fixed formula applied to the list you confirm. Upload game screenshots only. Photos of people and sexual or intimate content are prohibited; images that are not a game collection screen are rejected, and like every scan photo they are deleted within 24 hours. Screenshots are sent to OpenAI without your name, email address or WhatsApp number, and we do not use them to train AI models.

6. Who processes your data?

• Supabase: database, photo storage and sign-in.
• Vercel: hosting for www.maugame.com and cookieless visit statistics.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: bot checks at sign-in and before a scan.
• Google, Discord or Facebook: only if you sign in with that account.
• Midtrans: token top-up payments (receives your name, email, WhatsApp number and the top-up details).
• OpenAI: reads the screenshots you scan (the image only, with no personal data).
• Our email delivery provider: sends sign-up and password reset codes.

7. How long do we keep your data?

• Scan photos: deleted when the scan ends or the price checker is closed, and always within 24 hours.
• Account, profile, sign-in data (including data from Google), token balance and history, and price checks: for as long as your account exists, until you ask us to delete it.
• Records of paid top-ups and payments: for as long as accounting rules require.

8. How do we keep your data secure?

The site is served over HTTPS only. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Our database limits every account to its own data; only MauGame admins, who must use two-step verification, can see data to handle orders and reports. Keys for third-party services (AI and payments) live only on our servers, never in the browser.

9. What are your rights?

You can view and edit your profile on the account page. To delete your account and its data, contact us at xyliouscapital@gmail.com or on WhatsApp +6289526065170 and we will delete it. Records of paid orders are kept as accounting rules require.
